    Product Registration

  1. Dealer must register product within 10 days of the date of sale.
  2. Dealer must have a 100% product registration performance on all Ariens and Gravely products sold.
  3. Dealers are encouraged to utilize business system product registration.

    Technology

  1. Dealers agree to maintain dealer customized information on Ariens and Gravely dealer PowerChord websites.
  2. Independently maintained dealer web pages will prominently feature Ariens and Gravely Brands, logos and product images.
  3. Dealer will strive to embrace social media opportunities within their community
  4. Fully utilizing Ariens Dealer Extranet and all electronic media support from the Ariens Company.

What is the process for becoming a dealer?

What is the process for international dealers?

Ariens Company welcomes international dealers and is eager to expand alongside you. International programmes vary, please fill in the form below and a local representative will connect with you to answer your questions and provide the relevant information.

What are the requirements to become a dealer?

A dealer specialist will walk you through all dealer requirements including parts and service requirements, engine manufacturer certification, credit plans, and more. In the mean time, the Ariens Dealer Promise will give you a good idea of what it means to join the Ariens dealer family.

How are units floor planned?

Ariens Company works with GE Capital for our floor planning. As a dealer for Ariens Company you would need to work directly with GE to secure a line of credit.

What are floor plan terms?

Ariens manufactured products are interest free the first 12 months.

Can I purchase for cash, and are there cash discounts?

With qualifying credit Ariens Company will offer 2% to 4% cash discounts. Discounts are also offered with prepayment terms.

What is minimum order?

Minimum order requirements vary with the program you select. To receive the best benefits with our Lawn and Garden program the minimum order requirement is $60,000. However, we also offer a Gravely Dealership program for a minimum order for a $30,000 and an Ariens lawn and garden program can be as low as $15,000 or snow program starting at $12,000.

Do I have to pay shipping?

Freight for equipment is free on any orders over $10,000, and 5% for orders under $10,000. This does not include Treker UTV. Freight for parts shipped directly to the dealer is $8.95 US and $9.95 for Canadian. To drop ship parts directly to the dealer's customers it is $14.95 US dealers and 15.95 Canadian. (There are larger parts which must ship by truck, call for these fees.)

Does Ariens offer a demo program?

Yes, Ariens Company offers the opportunity for qualifying dealers to earn up to four demonstrator units. This program allows dealers to pursue demonstrations without the risk of floor plan hassles.

Does Ariens offer tax-exempt and non-profit bid assistance?

Yes, Ariens Company offers assistance with tax-exempt and non-profit bid sales. This gives qualifying dealers an opportunity to increase sales to these organizations.

Does Ariens offer fleet assistance?

Yes, Ariens Company offers assistance to dealers so they are able to obtain fleet sales of Gravely products and Ariens Sno Thro equipment to professional landscape contractors and approved 'for profit' cemetery or cemetery associations.

Does Ariens offer rebates or other annual incentives to their dealers?

Yes, Ariens Company offers an annual rebate to qualifying Ariens and Gravely dealers with annual purchases greater than $300,000. The rebate amounts increase based on dealer's sales.

Who does Ariens Company work with for retail financing?

Ariens works with the following companies for consumer and commercial financing; GE Capital, Get the Gear Card, Sheffield, and TD Bank. Programs vary throughout the year.

Is there a minimum required parts stock?

Ariens Company does not have a minimum parts stocking requirement if you carry equipment. We do expect new dealers to stock enough fast moving parts for proper service.

What kind of warranty do your machines carry?

Ariens Company offers a limited 3 year Consumer warranty and a 2 year limited Commercial warranty. There are some exceptions so please see warranty statements for full disclosure.

What is warranty rate paid to dealer?

Warranty rate paid by Ariens Company will be your approved posted shop labor rate.
